Rules

  1. Create an account and upload all your files when you are signed into your account so we can track your downloads.
  2. You must not try to manipulate your download statistics or you will be disqualified. Only unique completed downloads are counted.
  3. Shared accounts are immediately closed without warning.
  4. Payments are only made via PayPal - you must have a PayPal account and be able to receive funds. You must notify us of your PayPal account email address in your account management section in order to receive payment.
  5. Payments are made within 5 business days after you request a cashout.
  6. Do not cheat! Abusing the reward system will lead to permanent ban!
  7. EEEshare reserves the right to modify the Rewards program at any time.


How To Earn Rewards

  1. Each download is worth a 1 point. Points will be automatically converted to cash when you reach 100 points. Minimum payout amount is $20.

  2. Do not worry about traffic origin! We accept all countries' traffic and your each download is always worth a 1 point!
  3. Each file size should be between 9MB and 200MB.
  4. We do not pay for video file(flv,mp4,avi,wmv) downloads because we provide free video streaming service.

  1. You get 5 points if someone purchase premium account through your links!

  2. Get 20% extra earning from all the uploaders you referred!
